Our Ice Cream Innovation

2001

Inventing low-fat ice cream (5-6% fat). Started out with basic flavors Vanilla, Chocolate, Mocca, Strawberry.

2003

Designing ice cream menu. The low-fat ice cream is served with fruits, home-made waffle, brownies, pudding and also liquor.

2005

Adding special ice cream flavors: Vanilla de Cookies, Green Tea, Tiramisu, Vanilla de Raisin, Mocca de Raisin. Also, producing sorbet or no-fat ice cream. The Flavors: Kiwi, Peach, Lychee, Strawberry.

2008

Creating new flavors inspired by Indonesian fruits: Mango, Banana, Soursop.

2013

Serving low fat ice cream in ready-to-go cup, named Bollicup. We have two sizes: mini cup (200 ml) & large cup (580 ml). Also creating Bollipop, a mini popsicle ice cream

2014

Introducing our herbal ice cream (refreshing and healthy ice cream). Flavors: Cogongrass Root, Curcuma, Rosella, Aloe Vera, Tamarind, Ginger, Mangosteen.

2015

Renewing the idea of Bollipop. We add more topping choices, so customers are able to beautify this popsicle ice cream.
